Radiant Counseling is a therapy practice serving the Golden Isles and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing superior care in a confidential, judgment free, and comfortable setting. Our services include individual and couples counseling, with plans to begin groups this year. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of privacy, confidentiality, and safety in every aspect of what we do. Our Counselors
Carrie Lofstrom
Carrie Lofstrom is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University. With a BA in International Relations, Carrie has found a way to combine her two greatest passions, working with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems while exploring individuality, personal strengths, and setting goals through the counseling process. Carrie has focused her therapeutic experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnosis in residential, outpatient, and acute care settings and believes in a holistic and multidimensional approach to the counseling process. When not at work, you can find her enjoying time with family and friends and more likely than not either cooking or talking about food.
Charlotte Nash
Charlotte Nash is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work degree from Georgia State University. Her first degree is a BS in Recreational Therapy from Georgia State University coupled with a Gerontology Certificate from Kennesaw State University. Charlotte marries all of her studies in her therapeutic practices creating an opportunity for clients to explore and grow their personal needs. All of her passions combined promote a holistic, client-centered approach allowing clients to identify their individual path to peace and happiness. Charlotte has had experience in helping clients who struggle with substance abuse, major life changes, anxiety and depression in both residential and acute care settings. Charlotte also enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the outdoors and on the beach.

Tracy Quintanar
Tracy Quintanar is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. She also received her certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She has been providing counseling for children and adults since 1995, ranging from community mental health, private practice, medical and hospice care. She has experience in helping clients cope with grief, loss and trauma, as well as coping with medical issues. Tracy believes in focusing on each individual to help them identify goals and work towards health, wellness, and happiness.
Sue Cunningham
Sue Cunningham is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Mount Vernon, Ohio. She obtained her Master of Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio. Sue has seventeen years of experience in Community Mental Health and has been a case manager, intensive in-home therapist, and crisis therapist. She was a clinical supervisor for twelve of her seventeen years in mental health. She works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life changes, relationships difficulties and troubled teens. She moved to Brunswick two years ago from Marblehead, Ohio and enjoys reading, the beach, and spending time with her dogs, cats, and alpacas. Sue is NOT taking new clients currently.
Cassie DeFeo
Cassie DeFeo is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN/LDN) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). After completing her Master’s Degree in education and working in community based counseling programs, Cassie began to understand the importance of nutrition and wellness and its impact on mental health. At which time, she returned to school to obtain a BS in Nutrition and Food Science, going on to complete her RD through internship. This experience has allowed her the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Cassie believes in a person centered, holistic approach when helping others with depression, anxiety, trauma and life’s challenges. In her free time, Cassie enjoys spending time with husband and pups, riding bikes, relaxing on the beach and of course anything that has to do with food.
Keeli Rigdon
Keeli Rigdon is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS), and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) with degrees from Savannah State University and Georgia Southern University. Keeli likes to integrate her background in Child Development and Recreation Therapy to create a personalized, holistic approach to client treatment in which she implements standard psychotherapy alongside Integrative therapies such as art, music, and mindfulness. She is trained in DBT and has experience working with children, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, ASD, medical and disability related issues, and individuals in acute crisis situations. In her free time, Keeli enjoys running, working out, traveling, and teaching dance.
Chelsea Brown
Chelsea Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has her Master of Art in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and Bachelor of Arts in Middle Grades Education from The College of Coastal Georgia. Chelsea was a middle school teacher for 4 years and transitioned to the world of mental health in 2017. Chelsea loves to incorporate her life experiences, teaching
background, and mental health education to create a safe environment for someone to explore themselves and their needs. Chelsea works with clients who struggle with living life to their fullest potential but have a deep desire to have peace, freedom, and wholeness. This can stem from, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Grief, not understanding your values and desires for life, childhood trauma, or life decisions that haven’t taken you where you’ve wanted to be. You and Chelsea will work together to learn what healing looks like for you and how to live the life you desire. Chelsea works specifically with pre-teens, adults, families, and couples. In Chelsea’s down time, she enjoys trying new foods & coffee flavors, going to concerts, and making her children say “ewww”, when her and her husband kiss.
Eric Seals
Eric Seals has a Master’s Degree at Richmont Graduate University. Before pursuing his counseling degree, he attended the College of Coastal Georgia, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. As he engages in clinical training, he is interested in working with various concerns. However, he is particularly interested in working with those struggling with trauma and race-related stress. He approaches counseling from a client-centered stance focused on building a solid therapeutic relationship and empowering the client to live a life aligned with their values. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board games, and listening to podcasts in his free time.
Ariel Fipps
Ariel Fipps holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, where she concentrated on areas such as psychopathology, multicultural counseling, and group therapy. During her internship at Saint Simons by the Sea, she gained practical experience providing trauma-informed counseling to children, supporting individuals under stress, and applying CBT and DBT techniques in both group and individual settings. She also served as a Home Resource Coordinator with the NECCO Foster Agency, where she trained foster families, conducted home safety assessments, and performed background checks. Her Bachelor’s degree in Community Advocacy and Social Policy from Arizona State University provided her with a strong foundation in policy change, social justice, and community outreach. Ariel is passionate about helping people find freedom from depression, anxiety, past trauma, and recent crises. These diverse experiences have equipped her with a well-rounded skill set in both clinical and community environments, allowing her to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. She is dedicated to supporting individuals through challenging circumstances and continues to expand her knowledge and skills in mental health counseling.

Eddie Nieves
Eddie Nieves is our new Office Manager. He was born in Venezuela and raised in Kissimmee, FL. As a guest centered hospitality professional with several years of experience, Eddie has developed a strong track record of problem resolution and guest recovery protocols while providing exceptional costumer service. With a keen eye for detail, he is able to provide valuable insight into operations services, and deliver the highest levels of service. In his free time, Eddie likes to learn new languages and spend time hanging out with his amazing friends.
